Brian Rogers serves as the Corporate Secretary of Rogers & Sons, Inc., bringing over 45 years of management expertise, with 35 years as a partner at the company. Before joining Rogers & Sons in 1989, Mr. Rogers gained valuable experience working for Del Webb Corporation and ARA in their Recreation Division at Lake Powell. His responsibilities included managing both on-water and off-water storage, rentals, and retail operations, along with off-season duties such as boat and dock repair, breakwater construction, and retail merchandise purchasing.
Upon joining Rogers & Sons, Mr. Rogers broadened his expertise, developing skills in estimating, design, service, and human resources. He currently oversees the service department and human resources, while also contributing to business management and planning processes, including the development of safety policies and procedures.
Mr. Rogers served as President of the Sheet Metal Contractors Coalition from 1999 to 2001 and remains actively involved in industry leadership as a Board Member of the Construction Industry Training Council. He has also been a member of the Sheet Metal Training Council since 1995.
