Barbara Rogers, formerly Treasurer of Rogers & Sons, Inc., passed away in July 2021. She was an equal partner with the Founder and CEO, Harold Rogers, contributing 43 years of office management experience. Barbara began her career in May of 1978, after raising her three sons through high school, joining her husband in the family business. During her tenure, she was responsible for overseeing accounting, payroll, insurance, purchasing, and managing the company's benefit package. Her dedication and expertise left a lasting legacy on the company.
