It was great having Cullen support our two properties today. Cullen was both thorough and proactive in finding solutions to the challenges our mechanical systems were experiencing. I manage a large office building with a very complicated computerized controls system that frequently has issues. Romero has worked on the system a number 0f times and has always been able to identify and correct the problem. He is very diligent; professional and his communication is very prompt and clear. I am happy to say that Ramiro at rogers and sons provided excellent service to help keep my 25 year old HVAC in great working conditions, Naturally, Im a curious person, so he took the time to tell me how the thermostat an HVAC worked together. He showed me the pipes in the system, where they led and how the heat and water worked in conjunction with this special HVAC. I GOTA bit of a free education. We were thrilled with Alan! He came out to our house and diagnosed a tricky issue with our furnace and then went out of his way to come back 2 days later with a new part that needed replacement. He was friendly and clearly explained everything that was (and wasn’t) going on with our furnace. Thank you for getting us back to a comfortable temperature inside before the next arctic blast of cold!

She works very hard to accommodate any needs your business has and her customer service skills are beyond excellent! For maintenance, Marco and Jesus are the two technicians we can always count on and they make one hell of a team! They are hard working and very thorough, and they clean up after they’re done with maintenance. Always on time and they keep us updated if they see any issues. As far as service goes, we always ask for Alan since he’s been super helpful figuring out and fixing everything on our older-dated system. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and finds solutions to keep things working and keep us happy. It’s great to have a whole team who is familiar with our building and knows our preferences.
