We contacted Rogers & Sons to inspect the HVAC equipment in our condo apartment. They sent out Certified HVAC Technician Jesse Elder, and he and his assistant did a really great job. He inspected the system, which is a hydronic system (somewhat less common), and told us a lot we didn't know! He showed us how to clean the reusable filter, repaired and augmented some of the pipe insulation, then fully tested the system. Well worth the price!

Alan was extremely capable and competent and patiently explained how all of the AC and heating units work! He assessed all the units and made sure they are in good working order. He is excellent and I hope he will be the one who does my future service calls!

Alan serviced our relatively new 3 year old Navian boiler for our annual fall maintenance. EMRG the installer is permanently closed and we needed a new servicer. Alan carefully documented all the components and provided advice on which parts to have on hand. He was professional, funny, and explained everything. My teens asked him about the profession which he gave them some pointers on how to enter the field. If you need a provider for annual boiler maintenance, they're great.

Had an emergency with furnace motor overheating and smoke in the house. Jay responded to our call to the office. Took care of the situation and is following up with replacement. Very scary for our family last night. And grateful for his attentiveness and helping in the middle of the night.
