Alan Chu was our HVAC tech today. He took his time to look at our entire system in the house. We were given suggestions to optimize the air flow as well as instructions on how to keep the system at peak efficiency.

We went from having an air conditioning unit that was malfunctioning to cool and collected in just a few hours.

This summer we can stay cool, and with the suggestions we got today we will be chilling even cooler next summer.

I highly recommend this service.

Again the service from Roger’s and Son’s is amazing. We had an A/C cooling issue in our heat pump. Cullen worked to replace it and had to urgently find a replacement part because the one ordered didn't work, he was able to find a replacement, it took several hours and he was able to restore A/C, after having been without it for 2 weeks due to waiting for the part. He went above and beyond to get our A/C restored that same day.

He professionally cleaned and serviced all 4 HVAC units, advised me on best practices for using the unit at maximum efficiency, and set me up on a bi-annual maintenance schedule so I can keep my home running efficiently all year.

We had Rogers & Sons out to do some repairs and maintenance, Ramiro was very efficient and informative. The customer service was excellent and the work was completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Rogers & Sons was able to send a Technician out the same day I called. The technician arrived at the designated time. Ramiro was extremely knowledgeable and took time to check everything, even though he suspected the problem within minutes. He made a few minor repairs, but waited to check the system several times to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. I was very impressed that he was able to fix my 21-year-old Heat Pump instead of recommending a very expensive new one.

It’s Fourth of July weekend. My wife and I are headed out of town for her father’s funeral. We woke up the previous morning to no hot water. As a building engineer, I tried to fix it and it was toast. Martin showed up the very next day. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very polite to our dogs. Cullen was very knowledgeable about our Heat Pumps and the cooling system in our condo building He was able to ascertain our HVAC systems were fine but the building was heat saturated and temps would come down slowly. That is exactly what happened.
