Plus the whole team was super friendly and patient with my pup, who is afraid of strangers but loves receiving pets. I can't say enough good things about Charlie especially -- he has gone above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure the install is working exactly as it should. Even with the extra trip out for the leak, he was proactive in checking on some other install pitfalls while he was here too. I really appreciated the initiative and commitment to a job well done.
