Rogers & Sons has been great to us for all our commercial HVAC maintenance and service. I’d like to personally give a big shoutout to several employees. Lindsey is their first point of contact when you call. She is absolutely wonderful, helpful and extremely professional. She works very hard to accommodate any needs your business has and her customer service skills are beyond excellent! For maintenance, Marco and Jesus are the two technicians we can always count on and they make one hell of a team! They are hard working and very thorough, and they clean up after they’re done with maintenance. Always on time and they keep us updated if they see any issues. As far as service goes, we always ask for Alan since he’s been super helpful figuring out and fixing everything on our older-dated system. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and finds solutions to keep things working and keep us happy. It’s great to have a whole team who is familiar with our building and knows our preferences.
