I am happy to say that Ramiro at rogers and sons provided excellent service to help keep my 25 year old HVAC in great working conditions, Naturally, Im a curious person, so he took the time to tell me how the thermostat an HVAC worked together. He showed me the pipes in the system, where they led and how the heat and water worked in conjunction with this special HVAC. I GOTA bit of a free education. He was friendly and clearly explained everything that was (and wasn’t) going on with our furnace. I’d like to personally give a big shoutout to several employees. Lindsey is their first point of contact when you call. She is absolutely wonderful, helpful and extremely professional. She works very hard to accommodate any needs your business has and her customer service skills are beyond excellent!
For maintenance, Marco and Jesus are the two technicians we can always count on and they make one hell of a team! They are hard working and very thorough, and they clean up after they’re done with maintenance. Always on time and they keep us updated if they see any issues.
As far as service goes, we always ask for Alan since he’s been super helpful figuring out and fixing everything on our older-dated system. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and finds solutions to keep things working and keep us happy.
It’s great to have a whole team who is familiar with our building and knows our preferences. This Roger’s & Sons crew is the best and we appreciate them so much!
