Peace of Mind Guarantee
Your comfort matters to us. We take full responsibility for your satisfaction with the work we perform. If you are not pleased with our service, we will promptly address the issue and continue working until it is resolved.
On-Time Guarantee
Your time is valuable. We promise to arrive within the scheduled arrival window. If our technician does not arrive on time, we will waive your dispatch fee.*
No Breakdown Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our repairs. If the same part or repair we performed fails within one year, we will replace the part and complete the repair again at no additional cost. (Refrigerant and leak search and repair are excluded.)
Clean Guarantee
We respect your home. If our work area is not cleaned to your expectations, we will return to correct it and provide a $100 credit toward future services.
Property Protection Guarantee
We work carefully to protect your home and belongings. If any damage occurs as a result of our work, we will take responsibility and make it right as quickly as possible.
5-Star Service Guarantee
We are committed to delivering a 5-Star Service experience. If you feel your service falls short at any point, contact us. We will send an alternate technician at no extra charge and waive your dispatch fee.
Full Evaluation Guarantee
Educating our customers is a key part of our service. At every maintenance or service visit, your technician will provide clear options for needed repairs and comfort-enhancing improvements. If options are not presented when appropriate, we will refund your dispatch fee.
Maintenance Plan Member Guarantee
As a Rogers & Sons Maintenance Plan member, you will receive emergency service within 24 hours of your call. If we miss this window, we will credit the cost of the next scheduled maintenance visit.
Warranty Guarantee
If you have an emergency warranty issue with a covered item, we promise to respond within 24 hours of your call.
