Your facility or property operations matter to us. We take responsibility for the quality of our work and the professionalism of our service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will address the issue promptly and continue working until it is resolved.
On-Time Response Guarantee
We respect your schedule and your operations. We commit to arriving within the agreed service window. If we fail to arrive on time without prior notice, we will waive the dispatch fee for that visit.*
System Reliability Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If a specific repair or replacement we performed fails within one year, we will correct the issue and replace the affected part at no additional labor cost. (Refrigerant, consumables and leak search and repair are excluded.)
Jobsite Cleanliness & Safety Guarantee
We respect your facility, tenants, and employees. Our technicians will maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow standard safety practices. If our work area does not meet reasonable expectations, we will return to correct it at no additional cost.
Property & Asset Protection Guarantee
We take care to protect your building, equipment, and surrounding areas. If damage occurs as a direct result of our work, we will take responsibility and make it right as quickly as possible.
Professional Service Guarantee
We expect our technicians to always act professionally. If you believe your service experience falls short, notify us and we will assign an alternate technician at no additional charge and waive the dispatch fee for that visit.*
System Evaluation & Options Guarantee
Clear information leads to better decisions. At every service or maintenance visit, our technician will review system conditions and provide clear repair or improvement options when applicable. If options are not presented when appropriate, we will waive the dispatch fee.*
Priority Response Guarantee
Customers enrolled in a Rogers & Sons Commercial Service Agreement receive priority scheduling. For qualifying emergency calls, we will respond within 24 hours. If we miss this response window, we will credit the cost of the next scheduled maintenance visit.**
Warranty Response Guarantee
For emergency warranty issues on covered work, we commit to responding within 24 hours of notification.**
