Again the service from Roger’s and Son’s is amazing. We recently had Alan come to diagnose our heat pump and his knowledge and service was outstanding. We trust in the service and highly recommend them.

Alan was fabulous explaining the computerized AC system in my new home. He also gave me troubleshooting tips and even helped me locate the main water shutoff in case we have an emergency. So much more than the routine repairs we had called for! Thank you so much-I would recommend Alan highly

They are very nice people to talk to over the phone and were able to answer my questions and get back to me in a timely manner. The installers were very nice and professional and answered all my questions before they left and cleaned up the area. The swamp cooler was also the best price around town.

Ramiro did an amazing job at my bosses condo. He professionally cleaned and serviced all 4 HVAC units, advised me on best practices for using the unit at maximum efficiency, and set me up on a biannual maintenance schedule. I would highly recommend Ramiro and Rogers and Sons! They are great!!

Update (6/26): I was having a slight issue with my AC (boiler/chiller) units in my condo. I first called the service company our HOA recommends. They were going to charge $198 to come take a look 🤦. Rogers and Sons said it would be $99, folded into the potential repair. Note to self: Trust my gut. Ramiro treated my home as his own, figured out the problem, and is trying to source a part for my unit original to my late 60s/70s condo building. If you want to make one call and have it fixed right the first time, in Ramiro and Rogers and Sons I trust. Before: Ramiro was fantastic. A colleague recommended Rogers and Sons a few years ago and I have never been disappointed in the service I’ve received at my condo. Can highly recommend.

I’m a new client Matt and Jesse did a great job restarting my furnace blown Fuse and they installed a great Humidifier . They cleaned up very well and arrived on time

Jesse was very knowledgeable about the Heat Pumps in our condo and was able to complete the seasonal servicing efficiently

Recently hired Rogers & Sons to replace my ailing combi boiler with a new model. Mark was a patient and thoughtful salesperson, walking me through my options and listening carefully to my preferences to provide quote options that met my needs. The install team did a great job - Wyatt and Josh kept me in the loop of what was going on, and made sure to clean up both the workspace and the traffic areas from their install. Charlie answered all my questions about install/use, and future maintenance expectations. Plus the whole team was super friendly and patient with my pup, who is afraid of strangers but loves receiving pets. I can't say enough good things about Charlie especially -- he has gone above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure the install is working exactly as it should. Even with the extra trip out for the leak, he was proactive in checking on some other install pitfalls while he was here too. I really appreciated the initiative and commitment to a job well done. I'll definitely be using Rogers & Sons for all future upkeep and seasonal maintenance!
