We contacted Rogers & Sons to inspect the HVAC equipment in our condo apartment. They sent out Certified HVAC Technician Jesse Elder, and he and his assistant did a really great job. He inspected the system, which is a hydronic system (somewhat less common), and told us a lot we didn't know! He showed us how to clean the reusable filter, repaired and augmented some of the pipe insulation, then fully tested the system. Well worth the price!

Rogers and Sons has delivered excellent service when we’ve had the need to bring them in for our HVAC. The quick, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Shout out to Jay for his fantastic service and quality support. Highly recommend.

Alan was extremely capable and competent and patiently explained how all of the AC and heating units work! He assessed all the units and made sure they are in good working order. He is excellent and I hope he will be the one who does my future service calls!

Very efficient

This was our first time using Rogers & Sons to service our HVACs. The company was recommended by several friends. Francisco was the service tech, and he was both professional and personable. Very pleased with his being on time and letting us know what he did. Signed up for an annual maintenance agreement.

Alan serviced our relatively new 3 year old Navian boiler for our annual fall maintenance. EMRG the installer is permanently closed and we needed a new servicer. Alan carefully documented all the components and provided advice on which parts to have on hand. He was professional, funny, and explained everything. My teens asked him about the profession which he gave them some pointers on how to enter the field. If you need a provider for annual boiler maintenance, they're great.

The customer service that I received from Cullen was excellent. He explained in detail what was wrong with my air conditioner and the cost to fix it. He was very respectful of my home.

Had an emergency with furnace motor overheating and smoke in the house. Jay responded to our call to the office. Took care of the situation and is following up with replacement. Very scary for our family last night. And grateful for his attentiveness and helping in the middle of the night.

Very impressed. Our A/C went out on a 90 degree day. Rogers & Sons was at our house within an hour. The service tech, Pawel, was incredibly competent and was able to get everything back up and running quickly. Thankfully we didn’t have to sleep in an oven that night.

Rogers and Sons replaced and installed 7 new air conditioners in our office building. The work performed was outstanding and we are very happy with their service. They have also serviced our rental properties over the years and the service has always been exceptional. We highly recommend using them.

Thought we probably would need a new AC since the unit is very old. Cullen was thorough, gave us all options and was able to bring the unit on-line and working well.

I have been using Rogers and Sons for HVAC work on my properties for years. They're always extremely professional and do a great job. Marco did the HVAC work in my home and was outstanding. Very communicative and helpful. He also has a great personality... Very positive! I would highly recommend Marco and the team as a whole for the work that you need to get done.

My residential home required a weekend call for a frozen line. In less than 24hrs Rodger’s and Sons was able to dispatch the on call technician on a Sunday first thing. The on call Tech was Allen K. I have to say that I had a wonderful morning chatting with Allen as he worked on my equipment. Not only did he solve the problem quickly, he took the extra time to walk me through all the moving parts and explained in depth how the system worked. Gold Star for Allen and Roger’s & Sons. I want to update my review to also include Chris Coppage, he was able to get an awesome rebate for my newly installed system! He was a huge help in the process. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Pavel came out to fix one problem (and diagnosed and fixed the problem) but was also very constructive in an advisory role about another problem. So much so that we joined the membership and look appreciatively forward to years of continued service and support from Rogers & Sons!

I am happy to say that Ramiro at rogers and sons provided excellent service to help keep my 25 year old HVAC in great working conditions, Naturally, Im a curious person, so he took the time to tell me how the thermostat an HVAC worked together. He showed me the pipes in the system, where they led and how the heat and water worked in conjunction with this special HVAC. I GOTA bit of a free education. Please feel free to have him come back i 6 months for an another inspection. He’s very quiet, calm and professional. Very nice and easy to work with. Respect his business acumen and helpful advice. Great service. Representative that came to our house to fix our AC was very pleasant and efficient.

I needed about 4oz of refrigerant added to a mini split system. Calling and making an appointment for the next day was easy. The tech showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. The problem with this place is the pricing; it’s ridiculous. They charged me $99 trip fee, $90 for 1 lb of refrigerant (despite only receiving 4-5oz, also keep in mind that 1 lb of r410a costs them <$10), and a $450 fee for one hour of “investigation and diagnostics”. Ridiculous. Also it didn’t resolve my issue. I had a different company come by the next week, he said their minimum was two hours at $110/hr. Had the issue resolved within the hour and I happily paid the $220. Idk why Rogers thinks their time is worth 4x the cost of the other guy I found, but if you care about how you spend your money I’d avoid this place like the plague. They’re going to screw you on pricing, I guarantee it.

Rogers & Sons, Inc quickly found a time that worked for me. Cullen, the technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to identify my boiler issue right away and fix it quickly. He kept me aware, as did Rogers & Sons, Inc, along the way so I knew what to expect at each step. The communication between Rogers and sons, their technician, and me was excellent and very much appreciated.

I have an extremely complicated geothermal system. Jesse worked on it for the first time. He had enough experience and know how to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. He is very competent

I would like to compliment Roger's and sons on who they hire. I was lucky enough to have the privilege of meeting Jesus Molina yesterday when he came to do maintenance on my two central air conditioning units he was just wonderful. He was polite and professional. He explained everything to me and was completely honest. He left as he came not a single piece of dust or dirt left. I would most definitely recommend them and I will not be using anyone but them.

Romiro is quite knowledgeable about home hydronic systems (tankless heaters that run house heat and domestic hot water). He’s also friendly and able to explain things in a clear way. A side note: Rogers and Sons is probably one of the more expensive companies out there. Just be aware of that.

Hello, I know it's not your normal line of work but we have had a water plumbing leak in our house and rodgers and sons sent out Cullen a HVAC tech to come out and see what he can do. A few hours later the leak was stopped and he was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. 10/10 for sure, I would recommend rogers and sons out. Thank you rogers, Martin D.

Alan has come to our house three or four times and is a conscientious and dedicated worker. He wears “over slippers” in the house which I appreciate. After struggling with an older fickle thermostat, Romero suggested two or three choices . I made a choice and he immediately retrieved the parts, installed them and checked the whole system.
